Toronto Canada Neighborhoods and Attractions Guide
Toronto Downtown is the cultural and financial center of Toronto and features the Theater District, CN Tower, Financial District, Eaton Centre, Art Galleries, Queens Park, University of Toronto, the Royal Ontario Museum and much more.
Financial District is the central headquarter for many world renowned corporations. Centered from Front St. North to Queen St, between Yonge and York streets.
Toronto City Hall
Toronto Theater District is the cultural center and entertainment hub of Toronto Canada. This neighborhood stretches from Front Street north to Queen Street, and from Bay Street west to Bathurst St. Located on King Street West is the Royal Alexandra Theater, the Princess of Wales Theatre, Roy Thomson Hall, and even Metro Hall. The Theater District is also home to the Convention Centre and the CN Tower.
Downtown East is the home of St. James Cathedral, shopping and exciting entertainment.
Downtown West is the location of  Union Station, an extensive transit system and the Eaton Centre a gigantic shopping mall.
Harbourfront - Lakefront
is a distinguished playground opening onto the lake. This region features Queens Quay, an extensive antique marketplace, and the Harbourfront Centre, perhaps the most important literary, artistic, and cultural venue in all of Canada.
Midtown West is home to the Ontario Legislature, Queens Park, and several colleges and buildings that compose the University of Toronto.
Midtown East The East End is the home of exclusive real estate with tree lined streets and manicured yards. This upscale neighborhood is the home of gorgeous Moore Park Ravine. The grand nineteenth century cathedral is located on Church Street.
Cabbagetown this gentrified neighborhood of Victorian and Edwardian homes extends East of Parliament St. to the Don Valley between Gerrard Street and Bloor St.
Greektown features old style Greek tavernas and popular Mediterranean bars and restaurants. The hub of wining and dining area begins at Broadview Ave.
Uptown Toronto
Forest Hill is the home of prime real estate.  Located In the exclusive neighborhood of Forest Hill the Upper Canada College and Bishop Strachan School for girls.
Eglinton Avenue is centered at the intersection of Yonge Street and Eglinton Ave. This is the entertainment hub for the young and beautiful filled with lively dining establishments, night clubs and shopping.
Sunnybrook is situated just East of Eglinton is a two hundred forty three hectare i.e. 600 acre lushly landscaped park that features the Ontario Science Center.
Greater Toronto consists of the suburbs and industrial areas is the frameworks most of the Greater Toronto Area extending from Scarborough in the east to Mississauga in the west and north beyond Steeles Avenue. Several world renowned attractions are located in this area, such as the Ontario Science Centre , The Toronto Zoo , The McMichael Canadian Art Collection and the Paramount Canada's Wonderland.
Yorkville is the site of some of the most expensive clothing shops, art galleries, lounges, and restaurants.

Thirty minutes north of Toronto lies Canada's most exciting theme parks. The 120 hectare 300 acre park features more than 140 attractions, including 60 rides, an 8-hectare 20 acre water park, a play area for tiny tots KidZville, and live shows.

The Zoo is 287 hectares 710 acres, and is divided into zoogeographic regions. There are four major tropical indoor pavilions and several smaller indoor viewing areas, plus numerous outdoor exhibits. In total, there are 10 kilometres of walking trails to explore.
There are currently over 5,000 animals representing just over 450 species at the Toronto Zoo. On average, 1.2 million people visit the Toronto Zoo each year.

Tours of SkyDome operate daily (event scheduling permitting) and cost $12.50 CDN per person. The tour begins with a 15-minute award-winning film about the construction of SkyDome.
The walking tour consists of a forty five minute behind the scenes guided tour which includes a visit to the media centre, a private SkyBox, the Club seats, the Blue Jays Memorabilia Suite, the opportunity to see a dressing room and, if our event schedule permits, a stroll onto the field.
